USER AGREEMENT
This User Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a contract between you (“you” or “User”) and Softheight(“we”, “our” or “us”). You must read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement to use our website and services.
This Agreement includes and incorporates by reference the following: Privacy Policy, Vetting Guideline, and Project Contracts, as such agreements may be in effect and modified by Softheight from time to time (collectively, with this Agreement, the “Terms of Service”).
Subject to the conditions set forth herein, Softheight may, at its sole discretion, change, modify, add to, supplement, delete or amend this Agreement and the other Terms of Service at any time by posting a revised version on the Site effective with or without prior notice.
